The American Heart Association Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course offers the most comprehensive, flexible first aid training in the industry, produced by the trusted leader in first aid training.

You will learn:
• Medical emergencies such as breathing problems, diabetes and seizures
• Injury emergencies such as bleeding, burns, broken bones and sprains
• Environmental emergencies such as poisoning, temperature-related emergencies and drowning.
• Infant CPR (0-1 yr old)

Who should take this course: Anyone interested in learning Pediatric First Aid and wants or is required to have a certification card; including teachers, child care workers, camp counselors, youth group leaders, foster or adopting parents and others responsible for children.

Course length: 4.5 hours

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an AHA course card. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require kneeling, bending, standing and lifting.
